Server provisioning has been fixed, the installer was pulling outdated and recently deprecated packages for NodeJS & Python servers. This has now been resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue regarding new server provisioning on the Alpha node.

Existing servers remain operational, however, new server creation and installation may currently fail or become stuck during the installation process.

We have temporarily restricted new server creation on Alpha while we investigate and work towards a resolution. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
